The Bermondsey Bar & Kitchen is an all day and evening destination located in the heart of energetic and vibrant Bermondsey Street, London. This exciting and totally unique bar and restaurant is set in a disused car park which has been stripped back to its original industrial design features, exposing all its raw materials, contrasted against reclaimed furniture and cool lighting, creating a flexible space for work and play. The outside space is used for alfresco dining and has an exciting event space hosting beer festivals, outdoor cinema events, pop-up restaurants and many more. The venue is currently host to acclaimed chef and ‘Talk of the town’ James Donnelly who has created a menu which brings together fresh, seasonal, sustainable and ethical UK grown produce, in the form of delicious British plates whilst using cooking techniques picked up on his teams’ travels from around the world. Skin+Bones initially acted as consultants for the look, feel and vision of the venue prior to its fit-out. After a successful build Skin+Bones were then instructed to create all aspects of brand communications including the identity, signage and website. bermondseybarandkitchen.co.uk. Skin+Bones have continued to be an integral part of the Bermondsey Bar & Kitchen team, creating all venue promotions and overseeing all print and digital communications.
